With such a wide range of services, pricing for each project or repair varies significantly based on the job. we work hard to provide up front and honest pricing for all of our customers. We have set pricing for many smaller jobs, and also sometimes charge an hourly rate for simple to-do lists. For custom jobs that take more than a few hours, we will usually charge by the job.

 

A majority of jobs can be estimated virtually with some basic information and pictures. More unique or complex jobs will require an in-person consultation before we can provide an estimate. Whatever the case, we will give you a price and allow you to agree to it before work begins.

 

On average, most Simple Man jobs cost between $500 and $1,000. However, individual jobs can range from as low as $160 all the way up to $3,000 or more.
